“I just went in for a detail of my car. Quoted $250 for inside and outside. Dropped it off around 9:30am, took an Uber home 30 miles or so ($40 with tip). Got a ride back down at 4:15pm after I had to call for an update. I arrived and paid my bill. Then went to take a look at my beautiful car. First off I should say the car was very clean inside and out with the exception of some bug casualties on the front. The interior was spotless minus some very faint spots on the drivers seat. We’re getting ready to sell the car so I went ahead with the detailing to get it perfect for the next owner. Anyway as soon as I came out the door I could tell that the car had not been washed let alone detailed. The bug guts, brake pad dust and road grime were still all over the car. On the interior only the front seats were cleaned. The rear seat were not cleaned. there was a dried coffee drip still on the center console and they had wiped their Armor All all over the dash and onto the screen of the radio and not cleaned it up. The windshield glass likewise had that goop on it then they had made a half hearted effort in cleaning it up make smeared circles. The drivers door glass has a big hand print and several finger prints too. They agreed that the exterior had been overlooked somehow and said they could knock off $40. I told them that that would not work. Then after calling the “detail manager” they said that they would only charge me for the interior detail $159.99. I was still unhappy so they knocked off another $10. I had taken day off work, paid for a ride home got another ride back and now it was approaching 5:00pm. I had spent enough time there so I just called it an expensive lesson learned. Consumer beware.”

“Seriously bad. Do not recommend. In some places the car came back dirtier than before. Paid for the most expensive VIP all-in service including a wash, wax, interior cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc) and "wheel cleaning done by hand." After 45 minutes, the car came back with the most mediocre clean I have ever seen. Could have done it myself with a sponge and 5 minutes of effort. There interior cleaning was spotty at best. Some spots were clean while others were still covered in dust, apparently at random. The ashtray and front console were not touched. There were still random bits of dirt and debris on the carpet that were missed while vacuuming. The exterior of the car came back worse than when I gave it to them! There was some sort of sticky wax on the inside of the window, streaks of soap and/or wax all over the outside of the car, and the wheels hadn't been touched. We had a bit of decorative window paint on the outside leftover from an event which wasnt fully removed- there were still random spots of it left behind.”
